Formvacuum Dish Press Machine
Formvakum Dished Press Machine is the ideal membrane dished press machine for pressing with a mold – gluing on the mold and laminating with a mold. Formvakum dishing press is a membrane press that allows to obtain shaped-formed parts through layered bonding, and can also bond the surface material at once while producing shaped parts, or provides perfect ways and openings to create distinguished furniture by coating various materials on the surface of pre-formed-shaped work pieces.

Areas of Use
- a) Shaped or Flat Bonding on Molds Using Layered Gluing: Furniture parts, interior construction, interior decoration, boat and yacht parts, caravan, railway, bus, construction, aircraft, and industrial specialty parts can be produced. The surface can then be coated with various materials.
- b) 2D and 3D Thermoplastic Material Pressing: You can also use it for interior construction, custom-made furniture, designer furniture, custom bathroom furniture, creating polyurethane foam insulation parts (in the railway, boat, and shipbuilding industries), and forming Corian, Meran, Hi-Macs, Acrylic, and ABS for special industrial parts, etc.
- c) Covering with 2D Wood Veneers and Other Materials: Furniture manufacturing and architectural designs for interior construction, work surfaces, coffin production, wall and ceiling profiles, and the manufacturing and covering of profiles used in furniture manufacturing.
- d) Covering Flat, Arc-Shaped, and Curved Surfaces with Acrylic, Wood Veneer, and Laminate: Covering interior structural components such as panels, doors, professional panels, and even various arched furniture pieces.
- e) Bonding Bevels or Profiles to Workpieces: Bonding of decorated frames and furniture pieces, interior doors, ornamental elements, door bevel and protective profiles, or furniture element production.
